Along with finding a lawyer, we must appoint a notary and a competent notary. The notary and the lawyer, coming directly into concert, arrange for the collection of the necessary supporting documents for the completion of the buying and selling process. The notary, after collecting the relevant supporting documents, proceeds to the drafting of the final contract.
